"Smooth Booking Process, Just a Slight Delay"
I booked through the-well.com and overall, it was a straightforward experience. I was able to find a time that worked for me, and the confirmation came through quickly, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the pages were a bit slow to load on my phone, so the whole process took slightly longer than I expected. Not a huge issue though—still a solid experience, and I’d definitely use it again.

I had a session through the-well.com and felt comfortable the whole time. The practitioner really knew what they were talking about, explained everything in a way that was easy to follow, and didnt make me feel rushed at all. I left feeling like I was in good hands

"Super easy place to fit into my routine"
What I really appreciate about THE WELL is how easy it is for me to get there. It’s convenient after work, simple to find, and doesn’t feel like one more stressful thing to plan around. that makes a big difference, when something is this easy to fit into my day, I’m much more likely to actually show up and make it part of my routine.

"Support got back to me fast"
I reached out with a question and they replied really quickly. They sorted it out right away too, which I appreciated. There was just something about it that made the whole process feel easy.
"Really bad cancellation policy"
I signed up thinking I can just cancel if it wasn’t a good fit, but the cancellation policy was really bad.
It feel like they make it way more difficult than it needed to be, and the timing rules wasn’t clear enough when I booked. I ended up getting charged even though I thought I was cancel in time.
Customer support didn’t really helped much either. The whole thing just felt unfair and annoying, and I don’t think I’ll be booking through the-well.com again.

"Honestly, not much changed for me"
I was hoping the service would make more of a difference, but for me it didn’t really help much. Maybe it works better for other people, and to be fair I might’ve had my expectations a little too high. Kind of like when you try a new coffee place everyone raves about and it’s just… fine. Overall, I didn’t notice much improvement.

Bottom line, I’d go back. It was a solid 4-star visit for me, mostly because the amenities were genuinely nice, even if a couple little things could use some attention.
I went mainly to check out the locker room, showers, sauna, and relaxation areas, and most of it really delivered. The locker room was clean, towels were easy to find, and the showers were better than what I’ve run into at a lot of similar places.
The sauna and relaxation spaces were probably my favorite part. It felt calm, clean, and not too crowded while I was there. The only small drawbacks were that a few things looked slightly worn, and one station needed to be restocked, but nothing that ruined the experience...

"Easy to use, just a little slow"
I thought the-well.com was easy to use overall. The menu made sense, and like I said, I didn’t have to click around forever just to find the basic info I was looking for.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few pages were a bit slow to load on my end, and some parts felt a little packed on mobile. But like I said, it still worked fine and was simple enough to get through.

I was confused by the membership cancellation rules. The website makes it sound like one thing, but once I actually tried to cancel, it felt way stricter and less clear than expected. I wish the details were explained more upfront

Really like how many class options The Well has. Some days I’m in the mood for something calm, other days need to move a bit more, and there’s almost always a class that fits. Makes it easier to keep showing up without getting bored.

"The place just didn’t feel very clean..."
The place just didn’t feel very clean when I went. The locker room floor was wet, there was hair around, and the shower area had a weird smell that made me want to get out of there fast.
For the price they’re charging, I really expected the basics to be handled better. Towels were piled up, trash bins looked full, and it kind of gave me the impression they care more about collecting membership fees than keeping the place comfortable. Definitely not a relaxing visit

"Booking Was More of a Hassle Than It Needed to Be"
I was interested in trying The Well, but booking an appointment was frustrating. Most of the times I saw were either way too far out or right in the middle of the workday, which doesn’t really help. I checked a few different times and still couldn’t find much that worked for my schedule. The place looks really nice, but the whole availability situation feels unnecessarily difficult and makes it hard to actually go.

The weird part is, it looks like it’s going to be super tailored to you, but most of the advice I got felt basic. I was hoping for more personal guidance based on my situation, but it didn’t really feel that specific. The site itself is nice and easy enough to use, just wasn’t worth it for me.

It’s definitely to look at, but once you’re inside it feels kind of cold and not very cozy, haha. Nice style, just not the warmest atmosphere.

I had a really good experience here. The treatment felt great from start to finish, and the staff clearly knew what they were doing. They explained things in a simple way, checked in on me, made sure I was comfortable, and didn’t make anything feel rushed or awkward. Little things stood out too, like how they answered my questions, got everything set up smoothly, and made the whole visit feel easy. I left feeling relaxed, taken care of, and happy with the whole experience.

They did reply to my first email quickly, but after that it felt like I was kind of left hanging. The follow-up took longer than I expected, and it made me feel a bit dismissed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just frustrating

Had a really nice meal here, honestly. Everything tasted fresh, and the drinks were great too. I liked that the food didn’t feel too heavy, but still had loads of flavour, which is always... yeah. Coffee was spot on as well. I’d happily go back again

Look, I’m not trying to be overly harsh, but for the price, I expected more. The site looks good and there are definitely a few useful things on there, so it’s not like it’s terrible or anything. I just don’t think what you get really matches what they’re charging. I’m fine paying for something if it feels genuinely worth it, but this didn’t really hit that mark for me. Maybe other people get more value out of it, which is fair, but I probably wouldn’t pay for it again.
